By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that clinic. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish, including any claim about treatments, credentials, outcomes or pricing, and for complying with the medical-advertising rules that apply where you practise. We may correct, suspend or remove a listing, or revoke a claim, where information appears false, unlawful, or unsafe for patients.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by the payment provider you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, but if something has gone wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; a locked founding rate is honoured for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.
If a listing is downgraded or a subscription lapses, content that exceeds the free plan's limits is hidden rather than deleted, and is restored if you upgrade again.
Featured placement is advertising and is labelled “Sponsored” wherever it appears. Paid plans do not affect organic ranking or verification status. Verification is free and is never sold.
Enquiries sent through a clinic's profile are transmitted to that clinic. We are not a party to any resulting relationship and do not provide, supervise, or take responsibility for any care, advice, or service a clinic provides. Clinics receiving enquiries must handle personal and health-related information lawfully.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
